My approach to Real Estate is pretty simple. The interests of my clients are my top priority all the time. I promise to be available, return your phone calls and emails promptly, and get the information you need when you need it. My knowledge of the Austin market is extensive. I specialize in South, Central/Downtown and East Austin. Whether you are a first time homebuyer/seller or an experienced one; I will guide you through the process and educate you about what you need to know to make the best decision. All of my clients are valued equally and I work hard for all of them. One of the best parts of my job is that I get to advocate for people. I really like what I do, and I am good at it. I don’t believe in aggressive or pushy sales techniques. In working with me, I focus on helping you make the right decision, not the quickest one.
Austin is a great town. I grew up in Texas, but have lived and traveled all over the place and am really glad I landed back here. Trap doors- obviously, and revolving bookshelves that lead into secret rooms and/or passageways, a panda, a retractable roof for night time star gazing, a doorbell chime that plays The Scorpion’s “Rock you like a Hurricane” when rung, an indoor dolphin pond, unicorn stables, instead of staircases to move between the 8 floors (that’s right) there will be slides, a room that has a trampoline floor and very high ceilings, another room that is perpetually full of puppies that somehow completely self sustain themselves and never chew on anything or make messes, a bathtub made of emeralds, Froyo dispensers in the kitchen, and lastly, a small indoor train that will move through the entire property delivering tasty snacks. Oh, and a 2 car garage.
