The boundaries of Georgian Acres  are 183 to the south, North Lamar to the west, Rundburg to the north and I-35 to the east. This convenient area gives great access to all kinds of employment opportunities.

Springdale is in East Austin, placing it about four miles east of Interstate 35,

The boundaries are Bundyhill Drive to the west, Northdale Drive to the North, Tannehill Lane to the East, and Martin Luther King Jr. Boulevard to the South.

Pecan Springs is the elementary school Pearce Middle and Reagan High School are the Austin ISD schools for Springdale
