The Bouldin neighborhood along the south bank of Lady Bird Lake is just plain cool. Running through the heart of the neighborhood is South First, a street that reflects the melting pot flavor of the neighborhood. Bouldin Creek neighborhood is bounded by Lady Bird Lake (aka Town Lake for old time Austinites) on the north and Oltorf Street on the south. South Congress Avenue is the border to the east, and the Union Pacific railroad tracks near South Lamar Boulevard to the west.
