Just a few minutes drive from the upscale Arboretum; it is an easy commute to many large area employers such as Dell, IBM and Freescale. It’s only about 15 minutes to downtown Austin and the lakes area is at your back door as well.
The nature lover will find it ideal to be so close to Bull Creek District Park (just across Loop 360) and Lake Austin is only minutes away. The 13.43 acre North Cat Mountain Greenbelt, in the Bull Creek Watershed, is a popular getaway, too. Wild Basin Preserve is also up the road. At the end of the day, the community pool is a great place to hang out as well.
